Head of Distribution
Martin Morris is the Australian Head of Distribution and a Director of Praemium Australia Limited.
Martin has 26 years of industry experience spanning both Australia and the UK markets and held national roles in both product distribution and AFSL management. Martin has attained his MBA, is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and is an accredited behavioural sales coach.
His role at Praemium includes the responsibility of mentoring and managing the distribution team to grow the Praemium platform and suite of solutions by helping advisers build more profitable, engaging and sustainable businesses.
Head of Product Management - Wrap Platforms
Shaune has been designing and implementing superannuation, investment and retirement income solutions for clients and their advisers for more than 20 years, and as part of his current role is now responsible for AMP’s Wrap Platforms model portfolio and managed account capabilities.
Prior to AMP Shaune spent 7 years at NAB and 10 years at AXA including as Group Manager, Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs and as a member of AXA’s Investment Committee.
Shaune has a Diploma of Financial Planning, is a qualified Retirement Management Analyst, Fellow of FINSIA, Graduate of AICD and attained his MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Together with his colleagues from AMP, Shaune has strong conviction that managed accounts are a powerful mechanism to create better outcomes for clients and their advisers.
Bianca De Melo
NSW State Sales Manager
Bianca De Melo is the NSW state sales manager for the wealth Intermediary Team in Macquarie Banking & Financial Services division. Her team is focused on working with Businesses to transform their practices and enable their growth strategies. Her previous roles was Head of Managed Account Product at Macquarie. Bianca has over 15 years’ experience at Macquarie, with the majority being spent in the managed account business in roles including Head of Managed Account Operations and Managed Accounts Business Manager.
She has 21 years of experience in the financial services industry including previous roles at State Street, Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank.
Joint Managing Director
Matt started his career in financial services over 17 years ago when he joined Netwealth in July 2001.
At that time, Netwealth was a start-up business with 5 employees and no products or services on offer. Since then, Matt has been instrumental in the development of the distribution, strategy, branding and marketing of Netwealth.
